Privacy Policy

The short version

Toddler Games is a game for young children. We take your family's privacy seriously. We don't run ads, we don't sell data, and we collect as little information as possible.

What we collect

• Anonymous analytics. We use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to understand how the app performs. This data is cookie-free, anonymised, and cannot identify individual users. We see page views, device types, and performance metrics (load times, interaction responsiveness).
• Contact form. If you get in touch via our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message. We use this only to respond to your enquiry. Emails are sent via Gmail SMTP and we don't add you to any mailing list. We delete contact form enquiries within 12 months.
• Local preferences. Your sound and accessibility preferences are stored in your browser's localStorage. This never leaves your device.

What we don't collect

There are no accounts, no logins, and no tracking cookies. We don't access your camera, microphone, or location. Kids' game activity stays entirely in the browser. Nothing gets sent back to us.

Third-party services

We use the following services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Vercel (hosting and analytics). Processes anonymous, aggregated data. No personal data is collected. See Vercel's privacy policy.
• Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection). Used on the contact form to prevent spam. Processes technical data (IP address, browser signals) to verify you're not a bot. No tracking cookies are set. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
• Google (email). Contact form messages are delivered via Gmail SMTP. Google processes this as a data processor. See Google's privacy policy.
• Buy Me a Coffee (donations). A support widget appears on the site. If you choose to interact with it, Buy Me a Coffee may process data according to their privacy policy.

Who we are

Toddler Games is operated by Concept by Hannah Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"). We are the data controller responsible for your information when you use toddlergamesapp.com.

Children's privacy

Toddler Games is designed for toddlers, used under parental supervision. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app works entirely in the browser without accounts, logins, or data entry of any kind.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you. In practice, the only personal data we may have is your contact form enquiry. If you'd like us to delete it, just get in touch and we'll sort it out.
